This is a camera-on, closed meeting aimed at AA members who require medication, such as antidepressants, stimulants, painkillers, or other prescribed drugs.

It is sometimes difficult to speak freely about our use of certain medications, for fear of being judged by others who may hold contrary views. This meeting is a safe space with no judgment, to share about medication in sobriety and to support one another in maintaining rigorous honesty with medical professionals, our sponsors, and ourselves.

Each week we have a speaker who will share about their experience of safely taking prescribed medications whilst in recovery, with readings from the AA pamphlet: “The AA Member — Medications and Other Drugs.”
